FAQ

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express and JCB cards. All payments are made through PayPal. We accept purchase orders from schools and government organisations.
Please contact us if you are a business or school and wish to set up a credit account with us.

Is my credit card information secure?

All Credit Card information is passed over a secure connection using the latest encryption technology. When you go to the 'Checkout' page, you will see that the page starts with 'https' (meaning secure SSL connection) and there is a padlock at the bottom of your browser window indicating this. Your details are only decrypted after they reach PayPal. Our systems are extremely secure. No details of your credit card are kept on our system so your credit card details are safe. If you still aren't happy with buying online, you can always call us on 01484 314200 and place your order over the phone.

How will my goods be delivered and how much do you charge for postage and packing?

Delivery is FREE on all orders for the UK, no matter what the size. Most orders are dispatched 2nd class using Royal Mail's service. In some cases we may choose to send you order via courier, this is usual for larger sized items such as Photo Papers or Toners.

How long will my order take to get to me?

We hold a large stock of all our product lines and so endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3:00 PM the same working day. This means that your goods will reach you 24 to 48 hours after we receive your order. In the unlikely event that your goods are not in stock we will inform you of an estimated delivery date via email.

What is a compatible?

Compatibles are non-OEM new units - not recycled. Compatible units are manufactured by a third party factory to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) specifications. Each unit is carefully researched, manufactured and tested.

What is remanufactured?

A remanufactured unit is a refilled original unit. Many printer manufacturers now encourage people to recycle ink cartridges and toner cartridges. These recycled cartridges are then refilled or remanufactured.

What does OEM mean?

OEM means 'Original Equipment Manufacturer' which means a cartridge manufactured by the same company as the printer.

Why should I buy a compatible cartridge?

Why not? The main reason is because it saves you lots of money! What other reason do you need?
